In this way, throughout its functional units and packages, the database of unified documentation is generated and it is available for its usage in the network which represents, of all the material effectively processed and signed in the system, the information online of the government management.

The system is designed to carry out an integral judicial process management in all the different courts and instances, auxiliary organizations, law enforcement institutions, and public attorneys offices. It provides electronic files containing the administrative and jurisdictional actions produced by judges, judicial officers and judicial employees. By means of management metrics, it evaluates efficiency and effectiveness in the achievement of the pre-established objectives, and it facilitates implementation of rules that govern procedural codes of the different judicial courts. It provides huge escalability, and it is hardware and software independent. It has a life span of over 14 years.
